I’ve worked in residential construction for over a decade, handling projects that range from new custom homes to complex remodels. As a Kingston local and Kitsap County resident, I know the importance of dependable work that holds up over time and meets the unique needs of families in our area.
I started this company with a simple goal: to give homeowners a straightforward, reliable way to build or improve their properties. I believe in doing the job right and standing behind what we build. Ross brings years of experience and an unwavering dedication to craftsmanship to his role at Duramen Builds. A natural leader with a passion for construction, he guides each project from concept to completion with a focus on precision and quality. His enthusiasm for every detail, from framing to finish carpentry, inspires the team and ensures that every build reflects the company’s high standards.
Outside of work, Ross enjoys spending time outdoors with his family—fishing, hiking, and exploring local trails.
With nearly three decades in the trades, Pat brings extensive knowledge of millwork, siding, drywall finishing, and roofing. His careful attention to detail and steady craftsmanship ensure every project is completed to the highest standard. Pat’s calm presence and practical experience make him a cornerstone of the team, especially when tackling complex or specialized work.
When he’s not on the job, Pat enjoys kayaking, hiking, camping, and catching live music with friends and family.
