We value honesty and transparency above all else. Throughout each phase of the project we provide check-ins on budget and timeline goals, as well as any other updates. Our pricing is straightforward and flexible to allow for any changes in project scope that may arise with no hidden suprises.
From our initial phone conversation, through each stage of planning and building, all the way to our final walk-through and beyond, we keep your interests front and center.

We’ll get back to you with a phone call to discuss your project in more detail and schedule next steps. We’ll discuss any specific needs, materials, and project goals. We're also here to answer any questions you might have and provide clarity wherever we can.
For most projects an on-site assessment is not required. For larger projects that require on-site assessment, we'll come to your space and provide a detailed walk-through and assessment of your project needs. We charge a non-refundable fee of $500 for on-site assessments. If you contract with us, the fee is credited towards your invoice.
Before we begin construction, we'll do a preliminary walkthrough to review your project vision and goals, and provide a clear picture of the timeline and phases. We pay particular attention to your needs, and will work with you around any challenges or scheduling issues.
Our skilled craftspeople will do what they do best and get started building your vision. This is the fun part, where you begin to see your dream project take shape. We are careful, and courteous, and respectful of your home, and we take pains to minimize any debris or clutter as we go. We stay in constant communication, and we welcome any questions along the way.
Once your project is completed, we'll do a post-job walkthrough to be sure we've met or exceeded all of your expectations. We take great pride in the quality of our work, and we aim to create lasting relationships with all of our clients.
We'll follow up with you 2 weeks after the completion of your project to see how everything is going. Once we leave, we are still available to you if any questions ever come up.
At Duramen Builds, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We want to ensure that the projects we build can be enjoyed for many years to come. That's why we offer a 2 year craftsmanship warranty on everything we build. In the unlikely event that something fails as a result of the build, we'll be there to make it right.
