At Duramen Builds, we are excited to offer these complete backyard gazebo packages. We’re confident you’ll enjoy owning our gazebo as much as we enjoy building it.
Contact us by phone or via our contact form. We will help answer any questions, and schedule an on-site visit. A Duramen Builds team member, along with a representative from Smyth Lumbermill, will come to your home to assess the location and discuss any additional requirements (such as concrete slab or earth leveling).
We will go over the contract and collect a 50% retainer deposit at this time so that the lumbermill can begin preparing your lumber package.
Once all of the lumber and materials have been delivered, your Duramen Builds team will begin the installation. This typically takes 3-4 days, with day 1 being mostly spent preparing the location and lumber for the build. During installation, the use of some heavy equipment (such as a forklift) may be required.
Once the installation is complete, we will conduct a final inspection and collect the remaining balance for the project.
Flat Price – includes materials, labor and taxes.
(Does not include roofing. Optional roofing choices are available for an additional charge).
